We never sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are where there's a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or where we're legally required to disclose information — in which case we'll try to discuss it with you first wherever possible.

Sharing your information

We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run the practice (billing platforms, email, clinical supervision where relevant), and never for their own purposes. We won't share your details with anyone else unless required by law.

Storing your information

We keep your information only as long as necessary for your care and to meet legal and professional record-keeping requirements, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligations). You can also withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, just email us.
