Key Approaches

Sessions are offered virtually, providing flexible and accessible support wherever you are based.

CBT & CBT-E

These approaches focus on breaking the cycle of unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that maintain eating disorders and anxiety. Together, we work on practical strategies that build healthier patterns and support lasting change.

DBT-Informed Therapy

DBT skills help you manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, and navigate moments of distress with greater stability. This approach is especially useful when emotions feel overwhelming or out of control.

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)

ACT encourages you to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that reflect your values. The focus is on flexibility and living a more meaningful, balanced life.

Family-Based Therapy (FBT)

FBT recognises the important role families can play in recovery. By involving loved ones, this approach strengthens support systems and empowers families to create an environment that nurtures healing.

Therapeutic Nutrition

Nutritional guidance is integrated with therapy to help stabilise eating patterns and support the body in recovery. This work bridges the gap between physical nourishment and psychological healing.

Focal Psychodynamic Therapy (FPT)

A time-limited, insight-oriented approach that gently explores the emotional patterns and unresolved conflicts linked with eating disorder thoughts and behaviours. Helping you to understand how these relate to current relationships, self-image and coping skills.

Intensive In-Person Treatment

Intensive in-person treatment is available globally on request for individuals or families who feel a higher level of support may be helpful. These short- term programmes offer focused, structured care over two to three weeks and are carefully tailored to individual needs. This treatment is offered on a case-by-case basis.

What to Expect

Our work together begins with an initial assessment to understand your experiences, goals and what has brought you to therapy. This helps us develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are 50 minutes and are typically held weekly, as regular contact provides the strongest foundation for meaningful progress. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you throughout therapy, providing consistency and continuity of care. If needed, we can adjust the frequency of sessions as your needs change.
